Return Period

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Customized/personalized items cannot be returned unless damaged
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized and personalized gifts (unless damaged)
  • Perishable goods (chocolates, food items)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (only regular priced items may be refunded)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping charges.

Please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging for faster resolution.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved:

  • Refund will be processed to original payment method
  • Credit will appear within 5-10 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (except for damaged items)

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For size exchanges, please contact our support team.
